Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included. Certain products, such as custom-modified containers, may not be eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide instructions and a return authorization to ensure a smooth return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your container for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to stock availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective container, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item arrives back safely.
